+ -1 more6 inch white gutters were installed. The installers were there as promised and did a great and thorough job. They looked great. I was concerned that winds from Hurricane Matthew would rip the gutters right off, but even with Category 1 winds, the gutters were 100% intact when I returned after the storm. I would highly recommend J&B Aluminum.
Description of Work: I needed gutters installed on my covered (trussed with a roof) front porch to prevent water running off the second story roof onto the walkway when exiting my home.

+ 0 moreIt went well but as I was writing out the check I noticed a hunk of cement in the driveway that had fallen out of the corner tile. I pointed it out and asked what it was and they said "oh, that fell off the roof. We were gonna glue it back up..... So I held on to the check until they fixed it. After they left I saw that another piece had fallen off the other end and of course, they were gone and didn't glue it back! Sad ending to what would have been a great job.
Description of Work: Replaced two runs of seamless gutter and a corner piece.

Description of Work: The estimator was very punctual in giving me an estimate. He explained that I had to do have my gutters cleaned before he could start the work. I had them cleaned and then I called him. I left a message but he was very slow in getting back to me. He then asked If I wanted the whole job completed or partial. I explained whole job. He said he had a worker out and would call me on a Monday morning. He never called. I then called and left a message on a Tuesday and he didn't call cause he said he was out of the office. He finally called me on a Wed and said as soon as his guys finished another job he could start mine. I feel there was too much delay in his getting back to me so I called another company and they are completing the work.

The following Monday they had found the correct color trim piece and gutter to replace my damaged parts, and did several additional items I pointed out on my new property. They completed the work in just under 4 hours, and responded to each of my requests while there. Their estimate and final price were the same.
Description of Work: Replaced missing trim on my manufactured home; installed new soffit to replace rusted metalwork; repaired leaks to laundry room shed roofing, and replaced a damaged gutter. They provided an estimate, stuck to it and performed several minor items I requested after they began their work. I will use them again if I need further work.
