+ 1 moreISI (Interior Specialties Inc., of Vero Beach, FL. - work started out ok - came as promised, teardown was quick; then the work started to slow down; when all the electrical was complete, Joe Andujar was slow on installing kitchen cabinets, irregular in showing up to the work site, had many excuses as to why he had to leave the site ("I'll be back in an hour", and wouldn't see him for three days). If it was cold, or it was rainy, you could be sure that Joe would not show up to the jobsite. Except at the start, he was never there for a full day. Project started Oct. 20, to be finished by Christmas. Not a chance - only saw him once in December, and never again. Job abandoned. What work was done was shoddy - i.e., could see the drywall tape through the paint, upper kitchen cabinets hung too high, and with not enough screws/support (loaded it would have come crashing down); unprofessional attitude (he sent me an email Dec.24: "my absence from jobsite does in no way mean I am not completing the project. And by the way, I make my own schedule and it is not dictated by you". (the schedule was agreed upon - Mr. Andujar did not fulfill that agreement).
Description of Work: foyer remodel - tear down of 2nd floor master bedroom closet over front door entry, drywall repair and paint. kitchen - total remodel - removal of existing cabinetry, island, pantry; install new cabinetry, undermount lighting, granite countertop, sink, etc.
