+ -1 moreI wouldn't recommend him. He is a wonderful man. I like his personality. He makes you feel really comfortable in the office. His skill set is average. I wouldn't have him operate on my foot again. The bunionectomy could have been worse, but it could have been a lot better. I'm disappointed with the bunionectomy but I'm glad that I can walk on my foot.
Description of Work: He performed surgery on my foot and a bunionectomy.

+ -1 moreT his quack missed prosecution by the dept. of health only because of glitches in the system ,,, I wouldn't trust him to feed my cat !
Description of Work: broke ankle heard loud snap , rut ignored symptoms and guessed " sprain " really broken > dragged on two months . ruined left leg , 4 operations , other doctors talked of amputation twice , Rutledge lied all through deposition ( I have voice stress analysis results) His out of state Malpractice insurance is malarkey and useless .

+ -1 moreBunionectomy performed with resulted permanent problem. He shaved off too much bone. Now joint is sensitive and pops. Had thorough second opinion on his work and confirmed all my symptoms that could have been avoided if performed properly. I wouldn't recommend.
Description of Work: He has very good bedside manner; which is not necessarily a reflection of competency. The appointment date is incorrect to remain anonymous

Description of Work: Heel pain. Dr. Paradoa ordered MRI, discussed the findings and gave an assessment of the treatment. Her policy is to treat gradually from least invasive to most. I felt very comfortable with her . She appeared to be very current on her information and took time to answer all my questions.

+ -1 moreIndian River Podiatry treated my husband's situation with professionalism and compassion. I would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: My husband had a complete tear of his Achilles tendon and a fracture of his heel bone. He was diagnosed by another Dr because we were out of town, but needed a local Dr. I called a couple of places but they couldn't fit him in and he needed to be seen right away. Indian River Podiatry was able to see him that day.

+ 0 moreMedical malpratice is tough issue in Florida ,,, my case against this quack has been squashed .,,, I will have to retire early because of HIS CARELESNESS !!! Also I will have to suffer because of poverty because of the twenty thousand plus dollars I have spent from dectubals and co-payments Rutledge was fighting this through a slick lawyer ( A. Russell Bobo ) .. I wouldn't be so angry if he would just tell the truth and save me the burden of having to sue him !! PERMANENT LIMP FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE !! much metal plates and screws in both my feet ( contralateral injury ) much pain ,, cannot remain on my feet for long ! I ,to this day am still dumfounded for these peoples ( he and his attorney ) mendasity and for their abstainence of responsibility !! my name is Larry Brown and I can be reached through my cell # 772 501 2143 . this rotter little weasel has a bad habit of approaching people in public places and making threats, I know because I have been a victim of this. FOR YOUR OWN SAKE ,DON'T LET THIS QUACK TOUCH YOU AND OR INFLUENCE YOU !!
Description of Work: THIS GUY CRIPPLED ME AND FALSIFIED MEDICAL REPORTS!! Strongly suggest ANYBODY ELSE ,, missed ankle fracture on two visits ,, x ray described as" poor quality " by many physicians ,, Falsified medical documents to weasel out of lawsuit,,, board of health notified ,, also attorney general ,,,resulted in my foot being permanently fused to my leg ,WITH NO BENEFIT OF AN ANKLE,,require many corrective surgeries .. to at least to allow me to walk somewhat .I understand the carelessness was not deliberate ,,,BUT THE BOGUS MEDICAL REPORT WAS !! In all Honesty, chances are he might fix you,,, BUT I KNOW FIRST HAND THAT WHEN HE SCREWS UP , HE WILL GO TO ANY LENGTH TO GET OUT OF IT .!! his out of state malpractice insurance was invalid because of false medical reports and paid a cockroach attorney that hired a "stooge" to support rutledges lies, Please do yourself a favor AND GO TO A REAL DOCTOR ! I couldn't keep this here if it wasn't true

+ -1 moreAfter having seen a few different podiatrists in the area I picked this one out of the phone book and because they accepted our insurance plan. The office staff was helpful and kind and the Dr. was punctual and pleasant and explained every thing very well.
Description of Work: New physician visit and I was very pleased with the whole experience
