After a very indepth phone interview and review his bio and the answers the owner gave i felt very comfortable with him. He also supplied a photo on his web site so you can see who you are dealing with. The inspection lasted about 2 to 3 hours and the pricing is based on the square footage of the condo. Greg explained to me what he was going to do and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was very professional, spotless apperance, clean tools and instruments to do his temperature readings. I was quite impressed he had such instruments no less knew how to use them. The end result was a very detailed report 25 pages long complete with photo's of the items found and the suggested corrective action that should be taken . Over all I was more that satisfied and would recommend this comapny. I wouldn't have taken the time to fill out this report if i didn't think Greg Bertaux was a professional.
