I referred Hometeam to a client for a home inspection. it turned out to be the most shallow and smallest inspection report I have seen in years. The Buyer has since found many items 14 things that will have to be replaced, not just fixed, that most all inspectors would have found and brought to the buyers attention. Well lets just say, Hometeam has been deleted from my contact list.
