Hi-Tech Pools & Pavers

I hired this firm to resurface my pool. The pool came out fine, but they made a total mess of my recently upgraded pavers around the pool. When we first were picking out colors for the resurfacing, I asked about protecting the pavers, and Bobby the salesman told me they put down plastic around the pool to prevent messes. They put nothing down and now my red pavers have blue plaster all over and between them, they even got the plaster on our new patio furniture. When confronted about this all they said was "sorry"...... Never Again!! Be warned.

Hi-Tech is the best company in Town. I received what I was expecting and what the company offered. The staff members come on time. Robert is super nice and professional. He taught me a lot about how to take care my pool. He comes over several times to check out and to add chemicals to the pool. The project turned out perfect. Robert you are an asset to the company. Bobby and Mike were great to deal with. The project was delivered under a tight time frame as promised and within budget. Project included pool resurfacing and pavers for decking. All of it came out great. They kept us informed along the way and sent loads of updates as we were not there during the project itself. In addition they kept the HOA informed and ensured that all requirements were followed. Would highly recommend them

I thought he was going to do what we agreed to contract. He started bullying me after he got the money. He told me he was going to do it differently than what we agreed and he told me and my wife that we were not going to get what we agreed to from him.

The estimate was spot on, the work took two days...as promised, very pleased with the results.

They did exactly as promised, and finished when they said they would.

They broke tile under coping 42 ea. tried to glue pieces and fill in with some type of mortar. this became a rush job due to pavers being broken which created work stoppage. Job was sublet and not well supervised by high tech. Cannot replace the tile without resurfacing the pool - big money! I would look elsewhere for a company to install travertine pool pavers.

Company owner worked hard to correct a shading problem in the new plaster coating. Workers were very friendly and competent.

After receiving estimates to refinish my pool for many years now, I was leery about too many contractor's "don't worry about it" attitude when it came to my important questions. Hi-Tech pools was a pleasant change from that. The owner himself came out for the estimate and explained in great detail exactly what was involved in my specific case from pros and cons of different tiles and finishes right down to the treatment of my well water for the refill. Not only did the weather not cooperate during the project but my 45 year old pool had some hidden surprises for us to further complicate the issue and Hi-Tech didn't stumble one bit. The job was done on schedule, on budget and it looks like new. Thanks Mike!

Mike and his team completed this project ahead of schedule. We had him renovate our entire pool surface, pool tile and patio refinished with brick pavers. Every aspect of this job was done with perfection. We cannot find one single flaw anywhere. All subcontractors arrived on time and stayed until their jobs were done. We now have a stunning pool and patio that is the envy of our neighborhood. Best experience we have ever had with a contractor. Highly recommend Hi-Tech Pools and Paver without hesitation.
