Service went great. They showed up on time with all the proper equipment. Removed the 3 ugly trees, replaced the 2 beautiful trees. They cleaned up everything, and made the house look brand new. Total time was less than 4 hours. My wife and I are thrilled

The garden beds and lighting look amazing. The new sod will be good once the old grass catches up to the new grass. The edging of the garden beds makes them stand out against the lawn and the overall curb appeal is improved a millionfold.

First, the Office Manager came out on a Sat (which was super convenient!) and asked questions and took pictures of the yard for her boss to create the design and quote. She did not take any measurements but did take a picture of the survey. About a week later, the owner, her boss, calls to ask us to provide all the measurements of the yard and shed. It took a few days, but I was finally able to email him a drawing with all the measurements 10 days after the initial visit. No response. I sent another email request for information 10 days later with no response again. It has now been over 30 days from our initial visit with no response.

He was excellent and does have all insurance and thing like that. I also like him as person also. He is very helpful and very polite.

Buyers BEWARE!!! Brandon was going to install thin pavers on my exiting driveway, sidewalk, front porch and back patio for almost twice the price of other competitors price!! Plus you CAN NOT install thin pavers on your existing driveway no matter what he says or anyone says because they WILL crack!!!! He offered no warranty either.. another RED Flag!!! He was very kind and respectful but do your due diligence and check around with other contractors because like I stated above his price is excessive and he will use high pressure sales tactics like tell you they have what you need for pavers in stock so you should put the deposit down to hold the product. NEVER Let ANYONE put thin 1 inch pavers over your existing concrete driveway!!!! Needless to say I was saved by another contractor who told me about this and is going to take out my driveway and sidewalk and install regular sized pavers and use the thin pavers on my patio and front porch plus put a small patio pad out my back patio door which saved me $5500 off of what Brandon was going to charge me plus it will be fully warrantied. I just have to warn people about this because this would have been a total waste of our hard earned money so buyers BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Staff was prompt, professional and efficient! Their pricing was fair and work was exceptional! We have used Hackford landscaping for many years, for several projects at multiple properties and will continue to use them for all our landscaping needs!
