+ 1 moreAll went perfectly. Work was phased as I had requested. Greg is a perfectionist, and a very efficient one.
Description of Work: Pruned oak trees which were keeping out sunlight, and cut vines which were strangling them. Cleared about 600 sf overgrown vegetation. Along south property line, trimmed 75' of hedge, some of which was 20' tall, to 6' tall. Cut out protruding roots along south side of house where erosion had washed out all topsoil. Brought in, spread, and dressed 2700 sf x 6" deep soil. Laid six pallets (2700 sf) sod. Removed remains of offending landscaping along south side of house and replaced with 16 arbicola variegata. Sprayed, fertilized, and mulched everything.

Greg is a craftsman, very precise in his planning and execution of even the smallest project; he does his homework and discusses what he is going to do and how, and what it will cost (and he's almost always spot-on). He is knowledgable, self-starting, punctual, reliable, responsible, honest, hardworking, incredibly neat and clean, and very responsive, a veritable boy scout. It is a pleasure to ask him to do something big or small, leave the house for an hour or a week, and know that when I return it will be done and done right. I never have to watch or nag him. He does errands and marketing (I'm recovering from two knee replacements) and is very careful in everything he does. His pricing is reasonable and downright cheap considering the quality and value of his work. He is a real find, a person unlike all those who are only interested in getting as much money in the shortest time with the least effort.
Description of Work: Over the last three months, Greg has removed and replaced overgrown landscaping, removed all mulch, weeded the beds, and mulched everything on the property, installed four grab bars, rehung a pocket door including removal and replacement of all trim, put up shelves, pressure-washed the house, the driveway, and the pool deck, repaired one 4' x 6' fence gate and installed another same size, removed sprinkler system iron stains on fence, tested sprinkler system and replaced broken heads, put in pavers and cemented edges so they wouldn't drift or pop, fixed misbehaving sink drain stops, revived kitchen sink spray, silicone caulked two bathrooms, replaced light bulbs in 11' ceilings, inspected gutters, roof, and roof joists, replaced old rubber hoses to washer with steel hoses, tested generator and showed me how to operate it, patched and painted stucco, and many other tasks I can't even remember.
