+ 1 moreThe customer service department is great and they are very knowledgeable Geek Squad to help you with your new devices. The store manager has even helped me when I had a problem he resolved the issue for me very quickly which is very good Senior citizens who don't know much about the new technology. I like Best Buy better than the large chain stores because they seem to be very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. I would give them all A's and we will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: Best Buy - Vero Beach is where we buy all our appliances in our home from. The last time we were there was last night for new cell phones.
