All went well.

The owner came on a Sunday to install so we had time to train our dogs before our trip. Very kind, professional and polite, They are dog lovers and it shows..

Called the same day and arrived the next (Sunday) and had tur fence working on 5 minites!

They were fast to respond and and very quickly to stall the fence.

My "broken wire" problem seemed to miraculously resolve itself, as he explained that the broken wire beeping may have been caused by rain on old wiring. I was charged just a fraction of the service call. I appreciate this customer service and will definitely call on DogWatch if I ever need their services again.

Very professional, other companies I called just gave me a price without coming to my home! Dog watch came out met the dog learned the demeanor of her and gave us what confidence in knowing that it would work itâ s been just 2 weeks and I had to take the flags down after 1 day short of 1 week for the lawn care team and I donâ t need to put them up itâ s so nice knowing sheâ s right out back and not wondering off to chase a rabbit or squirrel! Would definitely hire them again! Plus donâ t believe the saying you get what you pay for this company came in under the price of the other 2 and had much better business quality, price and caring for your animal!

The estimate appointment was very quick and bid was reasonable. They scheduled installation and unpin completion, took each of our 5 dogs around the back and front yards to show them the boundaries. He had each of us walk with the dogs so we knew what to do. He showed us how to adjust the collars while assuring us they would answer all questions if we contacted them. I would hire this company again and totally recommend them to anyone.

Dealing with the owners and seeing how they followed through with a time challenging project impressive. I would recommend to anyone who wants to let the pups run to have peace of mind⠦⠦.

Don is such a fine man and is so eager to make sure your dogs stay inside the fence. I have a problem dog and he has worked so hard to solve my problem and has succeeded !!! I canâ t say enough good things about him !!!

This is a family run business and father and son are a fantastic team. They are very friendly and helpful in the training process. I highly recommend them for your underground fence project!!

Highly recommend this company for any problem you may have with an electric pet fence. Don is very professional and explains in detail any problems you may have with your fence and recommended solutions. Weâ d definitely call them again if we have any additional problems with our fence.

Don came out to first give us an estimate. Then he and his son came to the install. It was super helpful that he'd already walked the property with me, so we both completely agreed how everything would be installed. He and his son both worked very hard and were extremely nice with my boys "helping". Also, when I called with additional questions, they immediately got back to me. Great customer service.
