Description of Work: Had a leak in the top of the water heater. They did not diagnose the issue correctly and attempted to repair what they perceived was the issue. Water heater was still leaking the next day. When called and asked to return and correct, they wanted to charge additional money for a problem they did not fix properly the first time.
