+ -1 moreCarpet was recommended to us as being the most durable that we could buy. "Tough as iron". Carpet started to pull and deteriorate shortly after installation. They sent a carpet expert to examine our carpet and we were told that the carpet was defective and that it would be replaced. It has now been a year and the owner will not return our calls as she is always busy and will call us back. No calls! The worst experience that I have ever had with a company that is suppose to be reliable. I own several properties and am a real estate broker and have designed several properties. Worst experience ever!

+ 0 moreIt took awhile for the owner of Designer's Touch to find and acquire the tile. Once the work started, the project was completed in a timely manner. The guy who installed the tile did the best work I have ever seen. It is absolutely superb! In the process, I had to have minor plumbing and handyman work done. The owner of Designer's Touch was able to put me into contact with good contractors to handle these projects.
Description of Work: I had my bathroom re-tiled and replaced the sinks, cabinets, and shower.
