Description of Work: Put on roof and had problems. Called back and FINALLY came. Did not follow up with repair or even a call or quote. Hired someone else and found out the did not use copper in areas I paid for and thus aluminum had rusted and caused problems. Improper installation of flashing around fireplace. The new roof was put on in 2005 and now I started to have the problems. I realize no longer under warranty, but damage on the wooden part of roof was done due to improper installation that did not show up until now.

+ -1 moreOwner, Raul, came promptly after initial call to give us a written estimate. Scheduled work in a few days, did have to reschedule due to weather but was good at communicating with us. Arrived promptly on scheduled day and did a great job. Very easy to work with. Would definitely use his services again if needed.
Description of Work: Made repairs to porch roof that was only 4 years old and had not been installed correctly originally (not by them). Removed area of shingles, installed flashing, underlayment and new shingles. They cleaned up all debris. Very polite and professional.
