Description of Work: They installed a new thermostat (the modern and very cool NEST thermostat) and checked out the HVAC in our newly purchased condo here. Very responsive and knowledgeable young men did the work, explaining the NEST technology in simple language to a techno-challenged person, me.

We do purchase Units and parts from Companies such as Trane, Rheem/ Ruud, Goodman, and more. Contact us if you are looking for a specific unit. We also provide FREE estimates that does not include checking the unit out for the problem. Service Charges and Routine Checks are $80.00.
We do not offer Duct cleaning but we can check them out to find the problem or change them out. We can also provide a solution for your ducts if there is a smell. If you are interested in a duct cleaning call us and we can provide you with a name and number of a local company who can provide that service. Thank you!
