Complete Cleaning Service Of IRC

Warning: Do not hire this company to do your cleaning! My elderly parents hired this company to clean their vacation home so that they can begin to rent it out during season. The company representatives came out to the home while I was there, and we all went over everything that needed to be done. My parents asked for a deep clean that included things like: cleaning the baseboards, cleaning ceiling fans, cleaning the blinds, cleaning the oven (I was surprised but the company agreed to do it), cleaning the tops of lamps, etc. The company representative said that this would be a top to bottom cleaning job, that everything would be "touched" (cleaned, I'm assuming he meant), etc. They talk a very good talk. My parents paid several hundred dollars to this company to do a thorough cleaning. Except when we came to inspect after the crew was finished, it looked like they'd barely touched the place! Please note: NO ONE had been living in this house in the time since the crew "cleaned" and the time we came back to inspect. The fans hadn't been done, the blinds hadn't been done - they hadn't even cleaned crumbs out of the silverware drawer, which told us it had been a very LIGHT cleaning. We called the company, told them that the job had not been done as thoroughly as promised nor for the price we paid, and they sent their crew out again. We came back a couple of days later to inspect (again, no one had been living there during this time!) and it wasn't much better. There were still rings on the side tables from cups, the oven still hadn't been cleaned, the baseboards hadn't been cleaned, nor had the lamps or the drawers or or or... You get the idea. My parents are good, simple people. They wanted to hire a local company because they liked supporting small businesses, and when they pay a good price, they expect good service. They are so demoralized and unhappy. I gave up my weekend this weekend to clean the house WE SPENT SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS TO HAVE CLEANED BY THIS COMPANY. Don't support these people. They'll take your money, do a half-assed job, and even when you get them to try and do the work they promised they'd do, they won't. I don't know if it's laziness, incompetence, greed or what, but take your money elsewhere.

While the workers (Kenny & Rick) were trying their best, the support from Complete Cleaning was poor at best. Four times I called and asked for the owner to phone me. To date (two weeks later) I have never received a call. I am most dissatisfied with this company and can not recommend them at all. The quality of the work performed was adequate but there are areas where no colorant/sealant was applied. The floors remain having a dirty film. We have tried to clean but with our move in, it will have to wait. I will not do business with them again.

They did come on time.I wanted them to use my central vacuum system in order to clean under the beds and furniture,,but they didn't like the idea - I guess.

They charged $30 an hour per person. They were pretty good. They came and did their job and . The owner came to check it all out and she was really great, so I felt comfortable letting them do the housecleaning when I wasn't there.
