Classic Terrazzo & Marble

We are delighted! This is the way to restore Terrazzo! Wonderful craftmanship. Very professional, kind, careful, and diligent. Abel and Britton took great care to repair several cracks, chips and holes. The repairs are invisible! The unfinished areas under some removed walls and an old kerosene heater (since removed) were finished to seamlessly blend with our finished floors! The process involves several grinding steps with dust and wet powder. The team of four men kept everything clean and returned our home to its original condition (with spectacular gleaming floors!). Honest value and workmanship!

Honestly, these guys worked magic on our floors. We bought the house in March and saw that the previous owner had covered the terrazzo floors in three bedrooms and closets with rugs. We had someone rip out the rugs and the tack boards. What was left were terrazzo floors with many cracks and holes and in great need of repair and polishing. We called CMT and spoke with Diane, who then spoke with Abel and the team. They looked at the floors, mentioned that it would be a tough job and gave us an estimate. They did the floors about 3 weeks later. I can't tell you how happy we were when we saw the finished product. Perfect repairs and beautifully polished floors. We had our realtor and family come by (they had seen the damaged floors) and we all couldn't believe the restoration job that they did. Unbelievable. I have been showing the floors to neighbors and service people that have come by and all are so impressed with the floors. And... Diane managed this from a far, as we were in NJ at the time. Highly professional and responsive at all times. And... at HALF the price as compared with another estimate. Would highly recommend CMT to all.

This IS the Most Unprofessional, Unresponsive and pure Lazy people in all Contractor world I have done business with in 30 years. Who didn't keep there word. I had to call and email relentlessly for a reply for quote then Finally' get a quote only for them to email me back that they don't work in Merritt Island ! Really ? Now why go thru all this - Their Website CLEARLY says you do AND Did give me a quote and can come do the work ? I can go on and on but this is ANGIES LIST' A Place where they do NOT Belong' You're Warned from a Contractor himself for 30 years this is the most Pathetic yet come across. Need Proof I have a full' email log for anyone who wants for PROOF'

They are very attentive to the customer needs.

I let them into an empty rental house with terrazzo floors that had been carpeted over. I did the carpet removal and cut the tack strip nails flush with the floor. Some nails pulled out leaving little craters. There were glue marks all over the floors from the carpet padding being put down. Classic Terrazzo showed up on schedule and thanked me for cutting the nails, which meant less repair work. They would mix custom patching material to fill the little craters and diamond grind/polish the floors. The results were awesome. The floors are shining like new some 3+ years later. I have no reservations in recommending this company.

We recently purchased a house that had terrazzo flooring under a thick carpet. Classic Terrazzo worked us into their schedule relatively quickly and did a fabulous job, diamond polishing approximately 2.4K square feet of terrazzo. They were courteous and professional every step of the way, even warning us about some stains that would not and quot;come upand quot; due to the rubber carpet padding that had been used. -- We are very, very pleased with the results and look forward to recommending Classic Terrazzo's work.
