Description of Work: This company was my lawn & garden maintenance contractor for a year or two before the hurricanes of 2004. After the hurricanes, this company sent me a false invoice for work they never did, for visits they never made, and the office manager told me they had sent similar false invoices to others. Their invoice stated they had come to clean up after Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne and charged me $500.00 for "Hurricane Clean Up - Phase I". I'm not a lawyer, but it seems to me that this was not a nice thing for them to do. I contemporaneously sent copies of my correspondence with this company to Sheriff Raymond and do not know whether he acted upon the information.

+ 5 moreWe have found Caribbean to be a company that takes great pride in its work. They take care of our irrigation, pest control, fertilization, mowing, trimming and mulching. It is convenient to have one company and a responsive one at that. We highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Caribbean Lawn and Landscape was hired initially to help clean up a neglected property we bought and to maintain it while we were gone for the summer. After the residence had been completely remodeled, we needed to also redo the landscaping and repair the irrigation system. Brian met with us, listened to what we had in mind and returned with a suggested landscape plan. We told him we wanted a low maintenance tropical setting and his drawing was a good starting point. We went to a garden center to familiarize ourselves with the suggested plantings and found a few more we liked. Brian modified the plan as per our instructions and gave us an itemized estimate. After we accepted his estimate,the work commenced in less than one week. The plantings were of very good quality and in good condition. His workers, especially Ashley, were very solicitous and checked with us often as to our satisfaction with plant placement and overall progress. After two weeks we had a brand new lawn, working order irrigation system and beautifully landscaped yard. We couldn't be more pleased with Caribbean.

+ -1 moreWe receive weekly lawn service from Caribbean Lawn and Landscaping, They are very professional and courteous. They do a great job and we are very satisfied with their service. The guys are very friendly and provide good service!
Description of Work: We receive weekly lawn service, irrigation service, monthly pest control and quarterly fertilization from Caribbean Lawn and Landscaping. Back when we landscaped our yard, they did the landscape design and the installation. They saved us thousands of dollars by drawing up the design. If we had to pay a landscaping architect it would have cost us and Caribbean included it in our total.

+ -1 moreEverything was fairly normal until the Hurricanes hit us in September, 2004. From then, Caribbean disappeared from my life for more than a month and then sent me an invoice for a whole lot of expensive clean up work they had not done; in fact, they had not even once visited our barrier island property during the period from the storms and the arrival of their large-$$ invoice. I should have done more than simply terminate them, but those were frantic days with other things to be done.
Description of Work: Was providing general lawn & landscape service up to the time of the 2004 Hurricanes, Frances and Jeanne.
