We have had this company for at least 4 years now and the serive continues to decease in quality by the week now.. Lack of knoweldge about pools by the cleaners for number one is a major problem not to mention HUGE personnel turnover We haven't had the same person for more than a few months ever!. I have heard that the company gives NO training for employees so if theet happen to have ANY experience, taht is what they draw on. Also, all employees have to buy there own chemicals, haul/store them on their own trucks and get paid little for their time. It makes sense that the pool cleaners use hardly any chemicals per visit since it comes out of tehir pocket! Our pool has been green a few times, under and overchlorinated MANY times, unserviced/skipped on weekly visits svereal times and unvaccuumed countless times by those who don't know how or just skip altogether thinking we are not home then or in Florida at all. We are full time residents and I can't imagine teh ppools with seasonal residents if they even get serviced at all, much less properly. I am tired of calling the manager to rectify everything which they do in a heartbeat but the bandaid can no longer cover up the mess that exists beneath the surface. The latest was not filling the pool with water to the proper line causing my fiilter to gurgle and stop and start. I was home when thye came adn returned later to see that the usual line to protect the filter was not met by the water at least by 5 inches!, so I really know what happened. I can't tell you how many service people/manager apologies I have received from that place on an annual basis, and it is ridiculous. WARNING: Employee High turnover is a bad sign with ANY company. Enough is enough. Don't hire this crew if you care about a decent looking swimmable pool serviced by true professionals. All they seem professional at is taking our money inexhcange for inconsistent and shappy at best service.
