Description of Work: I did not receive a return phone call until a week later. Although apologetic, things did not get any better after the appointment for an estimate. Tech came to assess my house then e-mailed an estimate the same day. Upon receipt, I called and a left messages that day and the next requesting further information on inside window cleaning. Days later, still no response. In my opinion, a total waste of time and energy. Moving on!

The crew members showed up a bit early, which was fine with us. They were very professional, explaining their work process and they did a great job. Best Choice is one of the best managed and most professional contractors that we've experienced. Thank you!

+ -1 moreHe called back promptly and came over for a quote. We agreed on a great price so he performed the job immediately. He removed & cleaned the screens & replaced them too. I didn't have many windows so I was afraid the job would be too small for some professionals. John was happy to do th he job. I'll have him back again.
