+ -1 moreFantastic. Were quick to respond every time our old air conditioner went out. When we were finally ready to replace the unit, everything went great. They were prompt and even installed a day earlier than our scheduled install because our old unit failed that night. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Description of Work: A/C service multiple times, and then we purchased a new A/C from them and they installed it

Worst service ever can not believe after paying first time, question bill 6 weeks later for over charge on Freon and 1 1/2 hour service charge for Second service call and requesting Written quote for new unit ---- owner takes you to court ! Even though you win you will pay court fees!!! And reduced bill in Indian river county! This is public record there is no disputing this review
Description of Work: First came said work was complete paid in full came for 30 minutes charged 1 1/2hour. 6 weeks later came back stated NOW unit needs to be replaced charged 10.00 more per freon from last call this time stayed 20 minutes charged 1 1/2hour phoned the company spoke to owner ,spoke to son, spoke to a women for written quote for new AC unit . Owner stated 5,000.00 just for unit requested in writing to give to my husband . Inquired why freon was 10.00 more and repair man only stayed 20 min. But billed 1 1/2 hour ? Owner had court serve us to go to court! Although we won in court and bill was reduced, repair man did not show because he was only at house for 20 minutes, we had to pay court costs which totaled the bill higher !! BEWARE this is public record in Indian River courts Beachland Heating and air over charges and the consumer will win ..........but pay court costs! Never recommend this company quality of work awful Owner very rude and will overcharge you!
