+ -1 moreScott arrived as scheduled. He thoroughly inspected the house inside and outside for evidence of pests. He then applied a pest control chemical. He explained everything he did and more importantly why it was done. I will be setting up a quarterly service call to keep the bugs outside of the house! I will be using their services again.

Description of Work: While beginning to remodel a bedroom in my island home, I noticed saw-dust like indication of infestation and called Bug Master. They responded that same day inspecting that area and beyond. The inspector was very knowledgeable and quickly determined the infestation was not a current problem but from some years back. He generally ascertained that my home had no problems regarding insect or other infestation. Although he made no "sales-pitch" whatsoever, I inquired about services to spray the exterior of my home and for which I entered into a yearly contract at a very competitive rate. I highly recommend this company per my experience.
