Anthonys Tree Trimming

Description of Work: I worked directly with the owner Anthony and was very disappointed in his lack of professionalism and lack of follow up. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt knowing that he is very busy but was extremely floored by his lack of follow up. On numerous (over 5 times) occasions he informed me that he would arrive to conduct the tree removal and never did. It took me having to call back to REMIND him of his commitment. Despite all of this, I tried to be understanding given he seemed very busy and we were experiencing rainy weather. When he finally arrived to conduct the work, he did conduct a nice job in removing numerous trees on my property but unfortunately tore up my yard given his truck got stuck. This is understandable given the ground was wet. The only thing that I asked of Anthony is to please lay down some top soil so that I do not have a huge exposed hole in the middle of my yard. He was emphatic and agreed to correcting and I paid him for the job. As I speak, it has been almost 3 weeks and he has not fixed the yard or even provided me a simple receipt. I AGAIN have had to call him numerously (now 3 times) to ask for a status update. At this point, I will fix my yard my self but do want everyone to consider doing business with him. He is very unorganized, unmotivated, and forgetful. This is one of the worst business transactions I have ever conducted.
