Very rude agent. First, he pushed us to set a price of less than $100K. He said to us that if we wouldn't offer for less than $100K he'd simply walk away (?). Why did we still hire him? We thought he'd be the aggressive real estate agent we needed. He did almost nothing. He simply listed the property in a series of automatic websites via REMAX and sent automatic reports to us every week--computer generated, useless reports. He didn't talk to us at all for the months he worked for us, and then he just said that he and his wife had sold their own house in Michighan and were going to Florida to retire (???). Then he simply passed his clients to another ReMax agent who, although friendlier than he could have ever been, used the same system. Rude, unprofessional, self-centered. He "retired" to work for another real estate company in Florida.
