Met Josh and his team at the Melbourne Home Show. Was very impressed with him and invited him out to let us know what product would best serve our needs. We went with the Reme Halo purification system. They spent quite a bit of time discussing our current and future needs. Very knowledgeable and professional. Got burned by a local HVAC company. Should have known better when they asked for payment UP FRONT!! Was very leary in hiring someone else but oh boy!! Air Docs are fantastic! Could not be happier with our install of new system and duct cleaning. Professional from start to finish. When they left you couldn't even tell they had been here. They cleaned practically the entire house! You can't go wrong with Air Docs.

Air Docs of the TC are a great team overall. Technicians are really professional, thorough in their work, appear well trained and are genuinely interested in helping the customer. We hired Air Docs in July 2022 to have a major leak fixed. This required to uninstall entire air handler system, rebuild stand and lay new drain pipe, reroute some existing pipes and reinstall entire unit. The installer team did a beautiful and super professional job. High quality work done right = our $$$ well spent! We service our system regularly with them. Thank you, Air Docs...

I've been a loyal customer with fabulous owner, Josh Roberts, and wonderful company, Air Doc's since he first started. In the beginng, he personally came for 6 month service on my old unit. Also, when repairs were needed, he replaced parts. One time when it was @ 90* weather, the part wasn't available & he said he would make sure I would be coool. He drove to PSL from Vero & back in rush hour. He stayed til it was installed and the air working til @ 7 p.m. He didn't charge extra, missed dinner. and made sure it was coool. That's why I call his team the coool guys. When I needed a new unit, he explained all the things I might need and spent time explaining reasons & costs. I even upgraded to a larger unit, had larger pipes installed, UV light, service contract, etc. Josh was right @ everything and my FPL bill is almost half now, as well as saving $$ on any future servies & repairs. Josh has all factory trained professionals and the nicest office staff. You know you'll be glad to deal with Air Doc's. Because when trouble knocks, call ð the Doc's & you'll be coool too. One of the first things we did when we moved into our home was to purchase a new AC from AirDocs. They have serviced both of our AC units ever since. Whenever we have an issue, AirDocs gives us “same day service!” That means a lot when you come home late in the afternoon to a home that is 80 degrees. If they can’t fix your issue that day, they have loaner AC units on most trucks. In over 20 years living in Florida, we’ve hired a number of AC companies but none had the demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction that everyone at AirDocs has, from the office staff to the technicians! We highly recommend AirDocs - we wouldn’t think of calling anyone else.

They are #1 in my estimate. It was the best choice we ever made. Joe was experienced and knew exactly what we needed. To all my neighbors: 4 Years ago when Airdocs came out to give me an estimate on replacing my 5 ton a/c unit, which was 18 years old and failing after numerous repairs, they sent Joe, a Senior HVAC Technician with the company. Boy am I glad they did! I remember at that time, Joe told me, "Ms. Richardson, you may get some lower estimates, and you may get higher estimates, but if you decide to go with Airdocs, you get a family-owned business and we will stand by our service contract with you. 10 years parts and labor on your new unit and my personal guarantee to be here if you need us." I was not only sold on the company, but I was also sold on the promise of excellent service and I have never regretted that decision. Each year I get a $99 service contract that covers any and all service calls/diagnosis if something goes wrong. This company honors their service contract and whenever I need help, I ask for them to send out Joe. He is the best! The level of professionalism was 5 stars! The efficiency of the work done was beyond my expectations. I met with Joe for an estimate on Friday evening and a team was at my home the following morning. These guys worked over 10 hours ensuring my ducts were cleaned/ sanitized, and the new inside and outside units were installed. I would recommend to family and friends. The techs Joe and ( canâ t remember the other gentlemen) provided top notch customer service.

All of the people who came by to install my new air conditioner were professional, courteous, and just overall nice gentleman. They did the installation just under three hours and cleaned up the area after they were through. I will highly recommend them to anyone else who needs any of their services they were recommended to me, and I have thanked the person that recommended them to me because it was a great recommendation.

It has been a horrible week here in Florida but I found a gem hidden in the massive number of AC + service companies. I was in a bind and without any previous service with Air Docs I was treated with respect and urgency. From the original service tech, Brandon, who diagnosed the problem and thoroughly spelled out my options on my 14 year old system to Joey & Damon who installed a new system I felt informed and confident in what I was being sold. Though it wasnâ t what I wanted to happen, Iâ m glad I did a complete replacement. My home even spells better with the duct work being sanitized and they replaced the floor base and cleaned all areas. Iâ m thrilled with this company and know my future with them is bright.

From the moment this repairman entered my garage all he did was badmouth my A/C unit and high pressure me to buy one of their own brands. He called his boss on the cell phone put him on speaker and he also high pressured me into buying one of his A/C units. A total deal breaker for me. I'll never have come t o my house ever again.
