Job well done!

I called on a Friday afternoon about 3:30 PM. I was ready to purchase a new opener. I thought my door was acting in a way where it might fail and damage my cars. I spoke with Kelly and informed her of my concerns. She said one of their technicians just returned from another job and she would send him out immediately. Chris, the technician, arrived within about 25 minutes. Chris meticulously looked over my situation and promptly told me exactly what was wrong with my opener, which turned out to be a worn pulley on the motor. That and some adjustments would correct the problems. As I talked with Chris, he said he would be happy to install a new opener, but honestly, my opener, which is now 13 years old, is still in very good condition. Well, although I have to admit I was looking forward to a new opener with the new technology, If Chris could do what he said, I would be saving at a minimum $200.00. So, I agreed to let him do his thing. Also, I was intending to have new rollers installed. Chris said he would replace mine If that's what I wanted, but mine were perfectly fine. He went on to say his company is not in business simply to sell openers and parts. After about an hour later, I could not be any happier. I watched Chris and I can honestly say that the guy left nothing out with his inspection. He adjusted the chain, the springs, lubricated EVERY ITEM that could be lubricated.....I MEAN EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY!!!!! And, my door has never been as quiet!!! Finally, which is very important to me, is how this company treated me. From the very first call talking with Kelly (three call in all) who treated me with professionalism and friendliness, and sending out the technician immediately. Then when Chris arrived, he too was a true professional. Very quickly I could see he was very capable in his trade. Again, so important to me, he was also friendly and did not try to cut any corners. I have been a real estate investor for 44 years. In my many years there have been several times I needed garage door help. My biggest regret is that I never called upon this company for repairs. Folks, this is the only garage door company you will ever need!!!! Please note i am not receiving anything for this feedback revue. I am so grateful I just happened to have called them. Now i will never have to wonder if I am calling a company and wonder if the are going to be any good. THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST GARAGE DOOR COMPANY I have ever come across!!!!!!

The maintenance of my 2-car overhead garage door went very well. Customer Service and the technician were very professional and knowledgeable. I would use this company for a future garage door related issue.

I WISH I found this company a year or two ago. I used another company when my door spring broke and they up sold me on lots and lots of stuff. I was happy with there service and work but looking back I think I was over charged. I asked this older company for the same quote not only did they call me at 8am when I asked for PM call as I work night shifts they quoted me a verbal price over the phone - no email no nothing and that price was ABSURD. Lets say that companies "Precision" was off - BIG TIME! I'll never call them again...period! I looked more and found ABCO. ABCO Garage Door Company - well not only blew their price quote out of the water by $150. They responded via email with written quote. Made adjustments to the quote quickly. Got me on the schedule the next day at a time I requested. Next day came, they showed up - RIGHT ON TIME. Drove a professional truck and were in company logo shirts. All which you expect from a good company. The install went smooth as can be. They were in and out in an hour or so. The showed me things worked. They help me setup the key code for the exterior key pad. Helped setup the home link system and all. On top of that they provided me a Manufactures Rebate for a free Home Gateway - so I could hook up to my alarm system - The other wanted to charge for that and didn't offer anything like that. This was provided to me with the ESTIMATE so you knew it going in. This saves me another $80 I think...yah I have to wait a few weeks to get it - but free is free right? All in all - Who will I call and recommend to others when garage door repair is needed - ABCO for sure!

The garage door was not working for a few months as it was off the track and I finally decided to call a company. When I called ABCO the receptionist was very pleasant and scheduled Jim to come the next morning. Jim called me at 8:00 am and said he would be there around 10:00 am as he had another service call. Jim arrived on time and immediately started working on the garage door. This door is from 1991. Jim showed me the broken cable & bracket. He was very courteous and professional. I could have kissed him when I received a bill of only $144.35 for all the work that he had done. He said we only sell you what you need. Thank God for companies like this that are honest. I highly recommend ABCO.

From first contact they were professional and responsive. The estimate was done on the day of initial contact. The installers showed up on time on the scheduled day. They were capable, professional, polite and friendly. The installation went well without problems. I would certainly recommend ABCO to anyone wanting a garage door. It was refreshing to have someone show up when scheduled--that does not happen too often in Vero Beach.

We called ABCO Garage Doors up, set an appt. Because we couldn't use the garage door. It was at least 15 years or older and completely died. We had the option of a new motor or a new updated system. The price for the new system was not over the top and our old door had some crinkles in it from our son learning to drive. We set up the appt. And from there it was smooth sailing. They arrived on time, were professional, courteous and absolutely efficient. I wish all companies ran this way! The garage door is amazing and so quiet. It really was a pleasure doing business with them.

It was an excellent experience. The installers were very knowledgeable, informative and polite.

They did a wonderful job. I used the 'contact' page on their website, Frankie called me later that day and I received an estimate and brochures on the doors via email the next day. I decided on which door I wanted and called and gave the OK to proceed. They came over the next day to measure and took a deposit and ordered the door. A few days later they called back and said the door had arrived and set up an install appointment. They arrived right on time for all appointments. The install was professional and they cleaned everything up before departing. ABCO is great and I will use them for all my garage door needs.

It all went well and quickly. Knew exactly what he was doing and what the issue was. Husband and I were very pleased, and they were able to come out the same day.

They were able to come out the same day and replace our broken door spring. The work was very clean, professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely call them again--and recommend them.

It went fabulous. I called Wednesday morning and got an appointment for Wednesday evening. Guys did a great job. I couldnt be happier.

ABCO went above and beyond what I expected! I called them because our garage door sensors one of our two garage doors weren't working. My goal was to have them work again. I called ABCO about 9am and they were here shortly after 10:30am the same day! The instantly saw what my problem was. But they didn't just stop at fixing the problem I called them about. They also serviced BOTH garage doors - lubing them, repairing broken hinges, reinstalling a support bar that had fallen off a couple of months ago, and just making them work much more quietly and smoother - all for the price I agreed to just to fix the initial problem! And when they were done, they even blew out the leaves and debris out of the garage and off the driveway. They left me with a repaired sensor, but also two garage doors in much better working condition and a cleaner garage! And they were polite and professional and prompt!

They have outstanding customer service as well as outstanding technicians. I had a limited time frame for this to be done and they really worked with me in scheduling to fit that time frame. They were prompt, courteous, and friendly. The technician did voice about possible future concerns. I went off the one review that was listed on Angie's List and thought it was exactly the company I wanted and they met all my expectations.

The house had been vacant for some time, and the garage door openers and door were likely original to the house and over 20 years old. The company owner came out to give me an estimate, and within 5 minutes had two of the doors working. Rather than trying to sell me new doors and openers, he suggested that I replace the motors as they break. He said that although they look old and decrepit, they function fine and may continue to do so for a years. One of the doors had a bit of rust on the top panel, and I inquired about replacing that panel. He stated that a good painter could sand and paint the area to make it look much better, and that it would be significantly less expensive than changing it out for a new panel. He charged me nothing for the estimate, or for fixing the two malfunctioning doors. His estimate was very reasonable and he was very knowledgeable and honest. I had the repairman out to tune up the doors and replace a broken spring. He too was very knowledgeable and honest. He arrived on time and was efficient. I will certainly be calling them back to replace the doors and/or motors when the need arises. I have dealt with so many different trades recently in trying to get this house up and running, and have found myself so frustrated with people trying to sell me things I don't want or need, being dishonest, under bidding and not following though with their work. I was so impressed with the owner that I asked him for recommendations for all the other trades that I am needing. They are honest, hard working people and I'm so glad to have come across them.

When I called for an estimate, the person I spoke to sounded like she knew exactly what she was talking about, and knew the products she was selling. The price was more than I was expecting, but not unreasonable. I thought it important that she knew what she was talking about. The installer was on time, waiting for me to get home. He explained exactly what I needed to know and as far as I can see, did an excellent job. Time will tell, However, based on my conversations with the office and the installer, I feel confident that I made the right choice and that I will stay happy with my "new garage door". Two different people recommended this company to me, and although I did get another cheaper quote, I felt the 2 recommendations outweighed the cheaper price. January 2012: The openers were not working properly. I contacted them, and they sent the installer out with 2 new openers, and he adjusted the chain on the rail as well, all under warranty.
