Description of Work: Very pleased with the attention I received when visiting the store. Carrie was most helpful!!! I picked our beautiful porcelain tile for the floors of a house I recently purchased. They delivered it exactly when I requested it and placed it in my garage on a pallet. I definitely will be returning to this place when I am ready to to have my new counters installed.

Description of Work: I visited the business while in FL and selected a tile that we wanted to use. Our condo complex was going through some exterior renovations and we decided to remove the old tile on our balcony. Notification to us from the association that we should proceed in getting the work done as soon as possible was a problem since we live in CT. I called Bill Curren to get the tile ordered. He was able to get the order in that morning and the tile would ship that afternoon. It arrived on a Thursday afternoon, he contacted the installer we selected and coordinated the tile pickup with him on the following day. Bill made it happen for us.

+ 1 moreThey have been extremely nice and I only have good things to say about them. So far they've been very accomodating to us and our needs. The project is expected to be done in the next month. We got another estimate from another company and they were better priced (because there is no middle man).
