Miguel is a con man a thief he took a deposit 6 weeks ago has lied to my wife for the past 6 weeks telling her he would be out tomorrow the next day that he had to put something on the grass to kill it for minimum 3 days up to 5 days before he put the sod down. He never did anything instead he claims if we don't pay him he's taking us to court. He threatened my wife saying that if she didn't pay the balance in cash he wasn't doing the work. I told him Fyou and he said he's in fear of his life for himself and his workers I'm a 62-year-old retired handicapped disabled man with a broken back but he's in fear for his life. I think he should be in fear for his business his BS LLC license and the IRS because I'm going to do everything in my powers to ruin him and his business to keep them from conning people trying to coerce them out of money. I strongly recommend using another company if you want the job done correctly with no stories lies and threats. A&b landscape and sod is shady

I spoke to Miguel within 2 minutes of requesting sod installation from Home advisor, from the initial call I knew I had found the right person to do the job at the right price. He was extremely helpful and focused on efficiency and being cost effective. I needed 1 pallet of sod and it is some of the best sound out there. rich green and healthy. I will definitely contact A and B in the future.

UPDATE 12/6: After hiring Miguel to do our yard, then paying him 11,500$ in full three weeks prior to him finishing, what he referred to as finishing, a job that was quoted five days. I had concern with the mulch, it?s the size of huge logs, there is so much trash and debris in the top soil. Our irrigation system was not flagged at all, just piled in some places up to 24 inches with top soil & sod, creating sink holes throughout, our yard was never rolled creating our yard to be uneven, even creating a small hill that creates a puddle. The project wasn?t completed, leaving the entire side strip unfinished, as well as only mulching in flower bed areas, without any topsoil underneath & we all know we need soil and water for growth,, when getting our property appraised to finish what needed done as well as ?fix? what was negligently completed, we were quoted 14,750$! We were also informed that our mulch can be picked up for free, they had actually thought we cut trees down and made it to save in cost ORIGINAL COMMENT: Yard was left incomplete. After being quoted 7400,, they did whatever they wanted to my yard, ended up paying over 11,000$$!! I received a 2200$$ bill for my garden beds! After asking for low maintenance!! I was told it was going to take 5 days, he?s been here for almost three weeks, and left my yard unfinished, after I had a valid concern! This is crazy 11,600$$$ later revoked our veterans discount,, on Veterans Day!! Crazy business!!
