+ -1 moreVery poor communication. Gave half down. Several missed deadlines and only came to do some work when We asked them to return the check and we would move on. Did part of the work, cashed the check and did not return. Still have a leak and the glass slider is currently unusable.

+ -1 moreThe workmanship of the screening was good. They did a nice job. But their punctuality and thoroughness was questionable. They also left their ladder and did not clean up after themselves. And their communication is very poor/

+ -1 moreThe initial response from them was great. Ran a bit late, but came out and gave an estimate for the job. Hired after the holidays ( MLK weekend Jan. 2020) to rescreen our back covered patio. Took two days to complete the job, the second day coming and “finishing” the job. Did not invite anyone to access or review their work, but simply showed up at the front door stating they were finished. Because we had observed their work throughout the process didn’t think too much of it. Found out after the fact that they had two tears in the rescreen due to their Exacto knife and failed to screen above our screen door. I contacted them to replace the two damaged sections and was assured it would be taken care of within a week. That was in January, after several “no-shows” on their part, as well as text messages stating various excuses. The most recent excuse in March was that they would not be working until after the pandemic. Noticed that they have already completed a job in May so clearly contacting us after reopening was not accurate. You get what you pay for - would definitely NOT recommend.
