A&E Complete Renovations

Description of Work: This gentleman sent someone to our front door as a means to solicit business. We set up an appointment time with the contractor (not the man at our door) and after the appointment time had passed by about 15 minutes he called to say he was running 20 minutes late. Since I needed to go to my office to see patients I told him we would need to re-schedule and that I would appreciate his being punctual as I was scheduling my appointment with him around my medical practice. He expressed if I was the first appointment of the day that would be no problem. We re-set the appointment to the following week at nine am. He never showed, never called and did not answer our call when we finally called him a half hour late. An hour late and still no call. His name is Clay Cook and the gentleman who came to our front door was named "Harry". Harry handed my husband a handout with all the pertinent info which included Mr. Cook's State General Contractor License. However, we had not checked this out with the state since we were first going to meet with him and get an estimate, see how he presented, knowledge level and degree of professionalism. The purpose of our appointment was to have him advise us on an energy audit with regard to installing more installation and changing out all of our doors and windows.
