A1 Marble Terrazzo Restoration

Terrible, losey job. Very unprofessional. Would not use again.

I called to get an estimate for terrazzo floor restoration. The first question he asked me was when was I looking to start this project. I said now, I am trying to get estimates for the floors this week. He then replied and I quote: “OH NO! If you are going to get other estimates for this project, then I am NOT doing it!” I said thank you and hung up! AVOID AVOID AVOID, NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY, - Per my phone conversation a complete SCAM ARTIST/CON MAN.

Did not use in first year called and he never called back tried to contact this year via phone and email never responded. Now we will be leaving for summer. I guess I lost 99.00 The date of contact is a guess I do not remember

Tried several times to call provider; left at least two messages. He did call me back when I was not available. There was poor cell phone reception. Provider had poor communication skills. Told me on two occasions to call him back to schedule and to call him & remind him to come to my home. Would not ever use this provider in the future.

Buying the coupon send email to the company to return a time to get a hold of you. This took over 3 weeks to be able to even set up an appointment, That was frustrating. I called and was told had to go through the email site. Set up 3 different times and none of those worked for him. Called again to set the appointment. They arrived late, but were very clean on doing the job.

Older home with grout that had not been cleaned in years. A1 Marble did a great job. They cleaned 2 bathrooms and kitchen quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Turns out provided couldn't provide service so we canceled. Just filling this out because it keeps popping up and no way to get rid of it besides filling out BS report.

He took my check cashed it. My floor is in the same condition. And he has refused to respond to any of my calls.

A team of two men over four days moved the furniture from each area, then cleaned, degreased and machine buffed each 12 x 12 inch tile and hand scrubbed the grout lines in each wing of the house. Some areas of the grout had to be hand scrubbed a second time. The grout had to be completely dry before it could be sealed so an additional day was needed. On the sixth day from the time the job was started, all of the floor was sealed; it quickly dried and the furniture replaced. The entire house floor was sealed. We were told by Francisco Garcia, the business owner, that the sealing should last several years. He provided us with a specific floor cleaning product and told us to use a wet vacuum to suck up the water so as to avoid re-depositing dirty water into the grout. The tile and grout looks very nice.

They will come back to do balance of house later. Very careful about moving furniture and taping walls. Floors shine...need sunglasses if the lights are on ;-) Surprised how neat they were.

Absolutely wonderful experience! They came when promised-worked two full days They were METICULOUS- all windows, trim and drapes were protected before work started-the worker cleaned up on completion-except for the stunning floor finish, you would never have known such a large project had taken place-I have no reservations endorsing this vendor !!
