+ -1 moreOur contact person hardly ever responds, makes promises and doesn't keep them. Their price per home went up after one year. People email him and call him and never hear back. This poor lack of response is the worst I've ever encountered.
Description of Work: AR Choice took over LOA Mgmt for our subdivision 2 years ago. They do the basics and nothing else.
