YOUNG ACRES SOD

The guys did a good job installing, but the sod that they installed was not fresh and very dry. Also, I noticed seed stalks in some of the grass and know that the type of sod we ordered does not have seeds. My husband didn't think it was a big deal, and now two months later, we have a lawn that looks great, but about 40% of it is carpet grass and we've been told by our lawn service that it was most likely in the sod from the beginning and the only way to get rid of it would be to kill off all grass and resod with a quality sod. We don't have the $ or energy to do that again, so we are stuck with trying to manage this grassy weed, so it doesn't overtake our lawn completely. If you order sod from this company, inspect it very carefully BEFORE they install and refuse it, if you suspect any weeds or grasses other than what you've ordered.

They did a good job, there are some weeds in the sod though.
