Description of Work: We talked with someone at the showroom and were shown several possible blinds that we liked. Then a salesman/measuring guy came to the house. He had obviously not been briefed by the showroom person. He came in with the wrong samples--and only one set. He went back to the car and came back with the things we asked for but nothing else. Maybe something else would have worked better: we will never know. | |Ordering and installation went very well. I will probably use them in the future but only after searching the showroom for possibilities.
