Whitlow Remodeling

One of the horrific experiences of my life! Brought in to do my job by my designe, the job is ongoing for very nearly a year. 65,000 dollars later the tiling in the guest bath is still higglety pigglety. Grout cracking. Wall tiles not even, not level, not even close! The toilets in both baths are not properly set or secured to the floor and rock when in use. The floor tile has " toe kicks" everywhere, meaning for the uninitiated, that the tile is not level and moving furniture is an immense chore, because you cannot slide it into place. Josh is reluctant to make good any issues as he has by now been paid for all the work and even though the items were brought to his attention well within the year period after being done, he simply ignores calls and emails and will not take responsibility for any of his sub-contractors sub-standard work.

Josh has done several projects for me. Brings in the people and trades to do the job properly if it is out of his expertise. Great young man
