+ -1 moreThe company was busy and I wanted the certificate quickly. The work was done in a timely manner, but not as quickly as I would have liked. I was told two different earlier dates it would be done before it was finally completed. The work done however was very thorough. I would use them again.

+ -1 moreEverything from start to finish was excellent. Strayer was very responsive, and the price was fair. I was really pleased that the surveyor was able to locate the septic tank for me, as I bought the house at foreclosure and didn't know where it was. I would happily recommend Strayer to others.
Description of Work: Boundary survey (so that I could make sure the fence I'm installing is not encroaching on the neighbors' property), which included putting mid-line stakes along each boundary, identifying the iron pins at each corner, and locating the septic tank. I did not need improvements located.

+ -1 moreThey responded quickly (within a week) to my request to survey a sizeable vacant building lot that I purchased without a survey. I was in the process of clearing the land and I needed to know exactly where the property lines were positioned. I was present during the last part of the survey. They answered all my questions I had about the survey. They were very cordial and professional. The survey took approximately three hours.
