Great, no problems,they did the work, snapped a pic for the insurance company and all was billed via email.

Steve came out and was very helpful in discussing what were contemplating. He agreed the branches are large but that they were very much alive, and we need not to worry about them falling any time soon. He was also kind enough to instruct us how to trim them ourselves if we so desired. However, he did return later the same day and did remove one of the large limbs. He was quick and efficient. I believe the company may choose to work on a much larger scale than what we required, but we did appreciate his time and assistance.

Steve and Steven Jnr both came by yesterday to give me an estimate. Both were very knowledgeable and very personable. I obviously had fears as to how they would do all this, but they were quick to put my mind to rest. In addition, I asked about another tree that I thought may need trimming, however Steve said that it was not necessary and not to waste my money - I really admired and appreciated his candor on this. I was told that they had a heavy schedule but felt that they could get this done and dusted and would have the office call me. This morning, Shauna from the office called me - very professional and pleasant - on the telephone - and told me the guys were in the area and happy to get it all done. They arrived, and did as they said, got it done quickly and efficiently. Very impressed with just the friendliness, professionalism and honesty. Would highly recommend this company and I will have no hesitation in using them again if I need tree service in the future. Nice job all!

We called several places and Steve seemed the most knowledgeable and was the only provider who mentioned that we should have the utilities surveyed before we did the work. We arranged a date two weeks out on a Thursday. Steve called the day before and arrived on time with the equipment to cut down the boxwoods and the palm and them arranged for the utility survey. The following Tuesday the crew came with the stump grinder and a small loader and truck. They ground out all of the stumps and were able to avoid the utility service lines that unfortunately ran right through the small area where the palm had been. The crew were all friendly and helpful and did the job just as we wanted. They then cleaned up the area. The job was a great success.

These guys were beyond fantastic!!! The vines were a huge hassle in getting these big limbs down, they had to cut hundreds of vines before they could cut the limbs at all. They worked tirelessly for 3 hours, non-stop, in 95 degree weather, and succeeded in getting them down, and did it in a tight area. How they did all that cutting and dropping without destroying my landscaping around the pool cage is beyond me, but they did. Steve's son is a major whiz with the bobcat and was fascinating to watch. They even raked up debris afterward. I paid them a little extra as they more than earned it. Was a bigger job than we originally thought, and they earned it believe me. If you have trees that need cutting or trimmed, you will definately NOT regret hiring this company. I know I will when the time comes. Also, when I sent an inquiry I received a reply immediately, and they are all about respect for the customer. Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Steve' s Tree Service, comprised of Steven Judy, Sr. and Steven Judy, Jr. were the best tree removal people I have ever used. I needed to have some large trees in a tricky , tight backyard removed, and Steve (Sr.) understood exactly what I needed. He told me how the service would be done, what equipment he was using (professional headgear with in ear speaker and communication mic) as well as trucks, and what surrounding plants, if any, might be injured or should be moved. He brought up the issue of license and insurance, I did not have to ask. His wife, who handles the office end of the business, was professional and kind. Steve showed up at my house in pouring rain to give a quote, even though I told him to postpone the visit. He said he had made the commitment and was going to fulfill it. His quality of work was far better and his price was far less than another tree service outfit, which, unfortunately, had done some prior work for me. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. If you look at Yelp or Google, you will find similar positive reviews.

I did not use them only because there was so much grading work to be done after the project and went with a company that included planting the yard after the removal. Steve's showed up promptly and provided an estimate promptly. Their pricing was very good and I would not hesitate to contact them again in the future.
