They showed up on time & worked efficiently

Performance Air could not have been more professional, prompt, courteous and efficient. Because we were not in residence, our neighbor left the house unlocked when she went to work and we had no qualms about letting the crew have access to our house. They did the work quickly with the neighbor monitoring it on her lunch hour and locked up after themselves. There wasn't a speck of dust and they even left a supply of filters. The unit works beautifully--much better than the old unit. Everyone with whom I had contact at Performance was friendly and quickly responded to questions.

Brilliant from start to finish. The crew was friendly, efficient. When we had a couple of problems getting everything to work correctly. Someone was sent out to correct the trouble immediately. Very happy, highly recommend.

After talking to them on the phone, Performance Air came out and promptly inspected my air conditioning system that had failed during a routine maintenace call by a different contractor. Each of the other contractors that looked at the system said it needed complete replacement despite being less than 4 years old, price tag ~$5,000. Performance Air honored the parts and labor warranty and repaired the unit including an electrical issue they discovered only after they went to start the unit back up. The only out of pocket cost was $450 for the refrigerant. I was impressed with the honesty, integrity and quality of the service they provided and would recommend Performance Air to anyone.

They are courteous, responsive, and did a great job. I needed a service call after they installed the unit and they were at my house almost instantly! The owner of the company was even there to take a look at things.
