Description of Work: The Landscape designer was recommended to us. We went to the garden center, met him and selected a tree that I wanted planted along with other services and plants. He came out to look at the property in order to make a plan and price the job. Weeks went by I called to make certain they were holding the tree I selected. I had left numerous messages for the designer and never heard anything. I called and spoke to the owner who said he would have him call. He did not, I called him in hopes of seeing the plans and obtaining a price. He gave me a ballpark and I told him we would have to do this in stages and I was very interested in starting. When next I phoned he told me he was re-working the plans. I am astounded as 6 weeks have gone by and I must not be a big enough fish for them to deal with.
