My computer had been unstable for weeks and finally I could not open programs. I suspected that either the operating system (Windows 10) was corrupted or the hard disk had failed. I brought my computer in to their shop on a Monday around noon and later that afternoon they called me to advise that the hard drive had to be replaced and suggested that it be with a solid state drive. By late morning the next day they had replaced the drive with a SSD and transferred all recoverable data to the new drive. Overall the service was great and the cost reasonable under the circumstances.

I brought it in for repair around 10am and got the call to pick it up at 2pm that same day. The issue wasn't straightforward or obvious so it is apparent they are very thorough in their diagnostics. All issues were fixed and I couldn't be happier with the service I received here.

Battery replaced. Charging confirmed. "Cleaned". S/W reinstalled. Data restored. I recommended Microtek to a friend. They fixed after three other failures. GREAT. And the price is right

It went well. Took computer in late morning and had it back by afternoon. All programs running smoothly.

They did a fine job. They were a little expensive but they did fix what needed to fix. They were very quick.

I was very pleased with service I received. They analyzed the problem as a defective hard drive. They stated the price before starting the repair and what the was the final price. I took the computer in at 10:00am and picked it up the same day at 4:30pm.

My computer was severely infected and the staff at Microtek went above and beyond in their efforts to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend them.

I took my laptop to Microtek systems and dropped it off for service. The lady took my information and the problem description. They called me back the next day to let me know it was fixed and ready to be picked up. When I picked up the laptop, the guy went over what was wrong (it was the virus software causing the issue), what they had done and answered all of my questions. My laptop is running great. There is a base fee for diagnosis, plus the charge to correct the problem. Overall, I'm impressed. I would use Microtek Systems again.

The turn around time was very short, I brought it in on a Friday afternoon and got the call back Saturday morning. I was charged very little even though I'm sure time was spent tracking down the issue. All in all, very good experience with Microtek Systems. Very friendly,honest, and knowledgeable personnel as well. Would definitely recommend Microtek Systems.

Computer now runs like new with no CPU usage problems. I took the computer to their shop in the AM and had it back in good working order that same afternoon.

While upgrading my security software to the most recent version, my operating system failed. The security system support was of little help. Microtek Systems staff provided excellent advice and quickly resolved my problem, returning my computer to full function in a short time without needing to completely restore the harddrive. I was very pleased with their fast professional service and they would be the first people I would go to for any computer related advice or repair problems. I feel the cost was reasonable.

They were excellent. I would use them again in the future.
