Mark Van Osdol Ceramic Tile

We were extremely pleased with all aspects of our tile job. Mark and his team were professional, meticulous, and did a high-quality job. Mark was a joy to work with. His wife was instrumental in choosing our tile and fixtures. Everyone was punctual, courteous, and extremely helpful in all aspects of our job. I felt like they did not cut any corners and were just as interested in the final outcome as we were. Thank you all for a job well done. We love our beautiful shower and tub.

Marc and his staff not only did an outstanding job with the tile and remodeling of the shower, but his wife Liz helped me update the bath including choosing and purchasing new mirrors, lights, re-grouting the floor tiles, painting, finding and coordinating the best plumbers, electricians, and mirror supplier etc. Everyone was polite, clean, reliable, and efficient and they are a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't recommend them more. From the first time we met Marc, when he came into our home we knew we could relax and feel comfortable that we were in good hands. They have also done similar work for several of our friends and neighbors and all had the same positive results. The only problem is they are so good and so busy it is hard to get on their schedule.

Did careful and clean work.

He only supervised it. He had a worker come in who did the work.I was upset at first, because I thought I was getting him, but the contractor did great work. It took him a long time but it is perfect. Mark came in to inspect in after. It is perfect. I have the most gorgeous shower. He was a little pricey, but he used his special grout that was totally waterproof and stain proof, so I think it's worth it. The original plumber that I fired, did a terrible job at putting in the drain, and it was raised way up, because it was too close to the wall. Mark actually moved the wall back, so it could be put much lower, where it was supposed to be. He was very agreeable and was flexible and willing to work with the plumber. I got him from referrals from others in my building. I saw the end work and I was impressed. They all said he was a little pricey, but worth it, and I agree.

The finished job is everything that my wife and I could have hoped for. The job was completed on time and for the cost that was estimated when we first met with Mark. I would recommend him to anyone who asked, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for any tile work.

He's wonderful, he's great and we love him. The price is very reasonable. He's very exacting, he's willing to work with the customer, he's on time but will call if for some reason he will be late. He's honest, nice to be around and does beautiful work - he's a craftsmen. He's everything you would want. He can do anything as far as tile, he lays it beautifully, cuts it beautifully, grouts beautifully - he's just very skilled. The job is going beautifully. I'm an engineer and I've been involved in design all of my life and I've never seen anyone who's more workman like, precise, cleans up better. As a workman I feel as though we are lucky to have him. I think he's very precise, his workmanship is far better than anyone in a similar line of work that I've ever experienced and I'm 81 years old. I've moved to a lot of states and owned a lot of houses and had a lot of tile work done. He's far and away the best of anyone I've ever hired, he's that good. His prices are very fair considering his workmanship, he measures and cuts everything so carefully. It's just a pleasure to watch him work, the finished product is just beautiful. I couldn't give you a higher recommendation, if he were a relative I couldn't say anymore about him. I have a brother-in-law in the same business so I have a pretty good comparison. He's called a number of times and he had to be 15 minutes late and that's really unusual. I can't say anymore.
