Excellent! We have used the company for routine maintenance. They repaired the unit once and did not try to sell us a new one. They said they were not sure how long the unit would last. When after a year the unit quit they came quickly. They gave us options of repair or a new unit. We opted for New as the unit was 12 years old. They gave us estimates on different models which matched what I found on consumer reports. They did not try to sell me fancier products and explained which ones I would recoup savings on. They repaired the old unit so we would have heat till they came back. They handled all permits and arranged for all inspections. They cleaned up any mess. They are great. Always came on time even called when the inspector was coming

Great and they provide 2 times a year checks. We have continued that service with them and are very happy

Stated that my house was built for heat pumps, not split system a/c units and I must add return ducts in the three guest bedrooms. TOTAL B-----T! Every other estimator stated heat pump or split system was up to me. Adding return ducts would be nice but not a necessity. The bedroom doors were sufficiently undercut to allow "return air flow". If I wanted to help the "return air efficiency" I could put "grilles" above each of the 3 guest bedroom doors at very little cost. There is a hallway return. Mahle does not know what he is doing or is upselling to increase his profit.

We had a leak on a 21 year old AC system the same day we were having a large party on a weekend. Not a good thing on a summer day in Florida. Mr. Mahle and a technician came out within the hour, sealed the leak and pumped nine pounds of Freon into the system to tide us over until we could install a new energy efficient system. Party saved! Tuesday we had a new 5 ton energy efficient system installed and the Freon recovered, so no charge for that. We were very pleased with the professionalism and promptness they displayed and would definitely recommend them.

We had a 35 year old air conditioning system that started to leak and had rusted fittings. I called Mahle and he gave me a couple quotes over the phone. He was able to come out quickly. and was on time. All went well and Bill Miller was very nice to work with and professional. I highly recommend his company and would use them again.
