KEYSO INSULATION & SHELVING

Keyso was Prompt, Professional and Affordable. Just a small job of shelving in 2 walk in closets, however it is worth saying that I was given a fair price and the install was completed soon after. Thank you Rose, I won't hesitate to recommend you.

It went fine. The team showed up when they said, performed the work quickly and professionally, and didn't leave a mess. My only issue was with the price. When I called, I was originally quoted $365 for the work. Then, the quote was adjusted to $395. The basis for the adjustment was that my attic is very tight, and Frank said when the attic is hard to crawl into, he likes to give his guys a little extra to do a good job. I was fine with this and the logic behind it, and agreed to the higher price. However, when the guys came, they did not enter the attic at all, but were able to blow the insulation entirely while standing on a ladder (I have a very small house). I sent Frank a check for the balance of the cost, and included a note asking about the extra "incentive pay" that wasn't actually earned, and received no reply, though the check cleared a few days later. So in the end, I paid extra for having a tight space that Frank's guys weren't actually bothered by. Still, they did a fine job and I would recommend them.

I chose Keyso after having an FPL energy audit. They came on the day they said they would come, at the time they said they would come. The did a great job and went above and beyond in helping find attic access points, etc. They gave me the choice of how much insulation without trying to pressure me into the higher level. After I applied the FPL rebate ($150), my out of pocket cost to Keyso was $298. Would highly recommend.

We did not use them, but went with another company who was a little bit more, but gave us a higher number of bags used, and also came with 3 neighbors' recommendations.

We had a representative from FPL come out after moving into this home in April 2013, to give us a energy efficiency evaluation. They gave us a list of providers that they recommended. We hired Keyso Insulation after having several companies come out for estimates. Frank Keyso was a pleasure for my husband to deal with and he made the entire experience stress free!. Frank Keyso Jr. and his assistant came out at the scheduled time and proceeded to blow the insulation into the attic. They cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant and professional.

Install was perfect. Quick turn around and no mess. Installers were courteous as well. I would recommend Keyso to anyone looking for home insulation.

I noticed only hours later that my air conditioner is not running constantly as it had been to maintain temperature in the heat of the day. The central AC is now able to maintain 73 degrees on a 93 degree day without any struggling or running all the time. We definitely feel it has helped insulate the house from the attic heat. Frank Keyso and one helper arrived on time and the work was scheduled only two days prior. They worked quickly so they were in and done in just over an hour for adding insulation to 1300 sq ft of attic.
