I have been having problems getting someone reliable to do a bathroom fix, at the very least, I need a shower re-done due to cracked tiles and water leaking into the walls. I am considering an entire remodel of the bathroom and possibly putting in a whirlpool tub. Called J2 last week and was told someone would call me back but that having them do my project might not be cost efficient for me since business was good for them and they are doing bigger projects. I suggest they take down the part of their website that says residential and the part that portrays them as a caring company. I had my hopes up after visiting their site but no more.

Their pricing was higher, but you get what you pay for with them. They are honest and have integrity. When they said they were going to do something, they did it. We had no problems. We would definitely use them again and have recommended them to others.

From the initial call for an estimate to the "CO," it was a pleasure working with Jess, Josh, David and all the subs on the job. J2 took care of all permitting and were responsive to our requests or ideas. Jess and Joss kept us informed of each step of the process and were always available if we should have a question. The subs were polite and eager to explain what they were doing and the process they were using.
