Integrity Floor Care

The work went very well. I had used them a couple of times in the past and they always do good work. They are on time and conscientious. They are very professional. I have also referred them to a few friends.

Not only do the carpets look like new again, but they also cleaned the white floor molding as well and they look so good I am not going to paint them... no need! They were polite, thorough and so far exceeded our expectations. We have found a new permanent floor care provider with Integrity... what an appropriate name for this company!!! Thanks Anson and Brian for going the extra mile for us!

Integrity did a really good job. There were some spots that we did not think would come clean but they did!! The two technicians were polite and explained exactly what they were going to do, and why. The carpets look great. The only negative, and it is a small one, is they were a few minutes late. However, they did call from the previous job to let us know about the delay.

They did not leave my house until I was satisfied with how the floors looked and of course I was. They also did some handyman jobs for me such as hanging pictures, fixing a couple of doors and some other small jobs. There was no job too small or too large that they were not able to do. I am so happy I have found this company and will be using them in the future. They will be coming back the beginning of Dec to clean my tiles floors and grout.

These folks are superb. I'd hire them (and have) to do a range of tasks. They are trustworthy. They are competent across a variety of trades. They are willing. They fix any mistakes without charge and quickly. What more could you want?

Anson and Brian were great! I closed on a house and needed the carpets cleaned. I called the same day as my closing. Initially they were going to schedule me for Tuesday of the following week. I explained my situation and needed the carpets cleaned before I moved in. They came the same day! They were very professional, and took time to answer all my questions. The previous owners had a dog and though I didn't notice it, there was a lot of dog hair. They vacuumed before they cleaned and thank goodness they did. The entire vacuum canister was full. They were very thorough and it smelled great, there is no smell of must or dogs anymore. Now I know I can walk or sit on my carpets with the confidence they are clean and sanitized! Thanks for a great job! I will have them back to clean and polish my terrazzo next.

We purchased the Big Deal for this carpet cleaning and I'm so glad we did. Right from the start, the communication with Integrity was quick, clear, and courteous, even when I changed the date and time multiple times. The team arrived early, were efficient and diligent in cleaning and removing stains I did not think would come up (rust, wine, etc.) in our new home. I would hire them again and again, and you should too!

The team showed up on time, was neatly attired and very professional. They did a fantastic job and wanted to make sure we were happy with their service. They did an incredible job and would definitely recommend and use them again. Even the owner came and assisted!!!

Three guys showed up absolutely on time. They were professional, thorough and very nice. My carpet and sofa really needed cleaning and I was pleasantly surprised at how good things looked when Integrity was finished. They did a really good job.

The process went well considering some of the large heavy furniture that was moved. I felt the price reasonable.

It worked out fine. They were good people. They were right on time and did a good job. We liked their service and will use them again. This was the first time I used them and I liked what they did. I definitely will call them back for more service at our house in future. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I just had a partial job to do and they honored that. They said, "Here is how much we can do" And it turned out that was what I needed to have done. The price was good too, it was very competitive. Their responsiveness was very good. I was very satisfied with them. They were very professional. Their quality was good, the workmen were good and they were courteous. I liked them. They were right on track, they called about 15 min before they came and said, "We'll be there in 15 min."

Staff was very polite and professional. My floors are beautiful--tile really looks like new. Oriental area rugs are clean and color is gorgeous. I would definately use them again. Great crew.

Wow. These guys were great. The floors look wonderful. They came to my house, got started, worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves. Great guys; great work. They even cleaned a chair for me and charged me nothing. AND, they gave me a memento-- a stylus/pen with a light!! Beat that if you can. These guys rocked!! Thanks Integrity Floor Care. They did a very good job. After I purchased the deal they called me two days later and set it up for three days after that. It did cost a little more because they gave me an option to ScotchGuard the carpet, which I took, but they weren't trying to increase the cost of what I had paid for. Their responsiveness was very good and they were right on time.

It went perfectly. The stairs were black and dirty, with Old pee stains from my dogs. I was afraid I may have had to buy new carpeting for my stairs, but they did an excellent job, the stairs look brand spanking new. They were very professional, caring, and nice people. I would definitely use them again.

The team arrived promptly and worked courteously throughout the time they were here. The carpet cleaning work was quick and very well managed. They performed excellent work and removed all stains. They took great care to ensure that the hoses were moved and retracted to keep any surrounding areas clean. The furniture cleaning was excellent and they took pains to ensure that any stains were identified and removed. Since one of our rooms couldn't be cleaned that day, they came back on the weekend and took care of it. They are always courteous and helpful.

They set up very efficiently and then did their work in a very effective manner. We had considered changing the carpets in the master bedroom because of some dark spots; after the cleaning the carpets looked new! Very professional team!

Excellent! They told me they would be here between 9-930am they called at 940 to say they would be here in 10 minutes which was correct . They were in and out in one hour very professional. Carpet had some bad staining and now looks great! Did a better job than the last people we hired.

These guys did a great job for us. We moved into this house and we had some carpets with heavy stains. They were very successful in getting these areas clean. They also rejuvenated two large area rugs that were looking tired.

GREAT JOB! They were right on time, very professional and did a great job! This house was a rental property and they did a GREAT job cleaning the tile floors and getting the grout to look almost new again! Great attention to detail. Great job and great price!
