This ended up being a wonderful experience for my husband and I. Our primary residence is in Upstate New York and we wanted to install a pool at our home on the Island. We dealt with a few different companies to discuss our desires, seeking their expertise in design, etc. This entailed that they to go to our property to prepare and offer a design, communicating with us over the internet and telephone. During this period we delved into their backgrounds through a variety of public sources such as Angie's List and also checked with local sources. While others fell short, we found Indigo to be responsive in every way and the presentation of design and knowledge of the salesperson substantially better than any of the others. We flew down in early November to finalize the deal. They spent over 2 hours with us, helping to pick out colors, tiles, add-ons, all the time discussing the pros and cons of each. Once this was completed we were even shown a 3D computer imagine of just what this would look like when finished. They were steadfast in the construction schedule of 6 to 8 weeks - after the permit was obtained from the municipality and we were steadfast in our need to have complete by mid-February, our the mid-winter break. We also wanted weekly updates with pictures as work progressed from stage to stage. We were so pleased with the progress, the communication and the professionalism of these folks. We flew down once during the construction phase and were pleased to see that the construction was kept neat and orderly (a pet peeve of mine as I am a developer of affordable housing) and that the worker's were friendly and professional. Within 2 weeks of projected completion, Pat, the owner called and followed up with an email of the remaining timeline for completion, allowing us the opportunity to schedule a visit for the final inspection of the work. He gave us a brief overview of the system as our trip was short and scheduled us for 'pool school' upon our return in February where they will spend at least another 2 hours going over the system in depth and its use of all the features. During our absence, the company will also be maintaining and looking upon the operation of the pool for a very reasonable cost. In short, this locally owned company was absolutely terrific to deal with and we found them to not only be responsive and professional but to be trustworthy and true to their word. So refreshing to see. Thank you to all of the folks at Indigo Swimming Pools and Spas.

Indigo have just finished resurfacing our pool and we are so happy with the result. Everyone who came to our house was professional, worked hard and seemed to take a pride in their work. They also dealt with issues arising really quickly. For example, they found there was a problem with the glass blocks by the fountain and brought in a specialist the next day. The PebbleTec finish was applied by PoolOne who also did a fantastic job. Our pool has never looked better. Thanks, Indigo!

Tough review to write upon meeting the woman who came by to give the estimate we really liked her she was very professional and helpful with design ideas.After taking all the measurements and going over what equipment was needed she related we would get the quote in about a week. Unfortunately that was the last time we ever heard anything.Was going to call back and check but figured if they were to busy to give a quote that they weren't the company for the job.

It was a pleasure doing business with Indigo Pools. I live in another state and was very nervous about having all the work done when I wouldn't be there. No worries! Everything went smoothly and turned out absolutely beautiful, exceeding my expectations. Everyone from sales to the sub-contractors was very professional and very responsive in answering questions and offering suggestions. Pat even texted me photos as the pool was being completed. The work was done within the cost and the time estimated. The quality of the work and attention to detail were excellent. We have hired Indigo to provide our weekly pool service and even purchased our patio furniture from them. I would highly recommend Indigo Pools!

The guy wanted to fix my tiles, pool refinish and all that stuff but I was only interested in the pavers and his estimate was for $30000. He actually talked himself in, it was about a problem with one of my spas and it worked out. He should have listened for a while because the only thing I wanted to get done was the pavers; I was not interested in anything else. I need to fix the bottom but that would be another 10 years or so. It just seemed to me that they were so pushy about other stuff. All that they gave me was good.

The woman said she would give us an estimate on the cost and feedback. She never called back. I gave her a price range up to $30,000 and she never got back to us. She listened and was gracious when she came out. She was on time when she came out. I would have used them if they have responded.

Very good. They did not charge us. My husband thought there was a corrosion on the pool tiles caused by a brush that he used for cleaning but they found out that the pool was fine.

Pat and his crew, including the sales person Chris, are very prompt and professional. He uses subcontractors for the tile, travertine and Pebbletec while his own crew does the demolition and final installation of any equipment (heaters, salt generator, lights). This arrangement works fine since the subcontractors are reliable and responsive. We had a few minor issues that were corrected promptly. This was a total remodel of the the lanai and pool and the results are quite stunning. Pat and Chris were very helpful in the selection of materials and accessories. We used the French Grey color and were initially concerned how the color would look. Pat suggested adding blue glass beads and I must say that the color is a unique and beautiful blue. The LED lights are also a great addition with a number of very nice color options at night. I most definitely recommend Indigo. Pat is very responsive and easy to work with. Very good communication and follow-up.

Things went smoothly from start to finish! They are professional from the owner to the workers. We highly recommend them!

The estimate was very competitive and everything was completed in a timely manner; in fact the work began earlier than scheduled. All aspects of the project were performed very professionally and the crews were very personable and happy to answer questions and explain the processes. We are delighted with the results and feel that the refinished areas look completely brand new and extremely attractive. Would be happy to recommend Indigo.

The service turned out very well. Pat is courteous, professional and he has excellent follow up. Scheduling is easy, we call him and we either get him on his cell phone or he will call back. He is usually able to get us an appointment quickly.

They were excellent and price-wise too. We got 4 other bids and quotes, and they were the most responsible and had the most technical expertise and solved a few little problems that topped up.

They sent a young lady out and they were fine. We checked with other places and they were right in line for putting a pool in. We haven't made up our mind what we are going to do yet. We came down from Ohio and have been here a couple of months. We were thinking a pool would cost 15 to 20 thousand and they go about 30 to 40 thousand. We are going to put one in but it will be from the best bidder probably. The young lady was fine. She measured what we needed and everything. They were one of the few places that came when they said they would.

AMAZING job--from start to finish. Prompt, professional, and courteous. Detail oriented. Any questions were quickly answered and follow-up service calls are always performed ASAP.

(We bought this house a year and a half ago.) The old pool/lanai deck was polypepples covered with painted elstastomeric that peeled and bubbled every time it rained. If you moved a chair...a layer peeled with it! The pool tiles had "patches" in the grout lines..... We were referred to Indigo Pool by the Company we use to service our pool on a weekly basis. They said every lanai they've seen this Company do...has been meticulously done!! We called Pat and Michele (the owners) at Indigo....and found the entire process...from beginning to end ....was professional, meticulous and handled with ease.
