This company thinset in my faucet valves on tub deck, scratched my marble tile because he left excess thinset in joints thus had no room for unsanded grout. He left the worst hazing even after 5 X scrubbing still there! I've had to find marble friendly product to remove it. That's a lot of work and not cheap. If you would ask any questions ie grout he got very angry and would yell and behave very unprofessional. Oh he is the expert, I heard that many times over. I even have areas with no grout no thinset between tiles. Once I called him to let him know that plumber was coming to inspect tub deck valve he said "Ok we are done!" and hung up no reply to text. I will file civil suit once I get it repaired. Would not recommend this person or his company for anything!

Response from IMMACULATE TILE & STONE INC
I would like to respond. First of all [Member Name Removed] purchased her marble at a discount and it was not even in a crate or boxes when I went to the tile store to pick it up. The material was inspected and [Member Name Removed] was fully aware the marble she was buying was scratched and some even broken. I could go on and answer all her statements but I am to much of a gentleman to put her on the spot. I would say that [Member Name Removed] is paid in full to my company and when she paid me she was 100% satisfied with my work. It was not until her plumber informed her she had the wrong size plumbing fixtures for tub that she became upset because she would have to replace them. Again when I was finish with her marble she paid me in full and was at that time 100% satisfied. I can't tell you how many times she told me that she loved her marble. I would like to share with you a true revue of me and my company. To Whon it May Concern, I met Charles Morgan of Immaculate Tile and Stone while he was acting in a sub contractor capacity installing tile in our GE Security corprate facility. I was at once impressed with his professionalism and attaintion to the smallest detail. Soon after the job was completed, I contracted Mr. Morgan to remove existing tile and wood flooring in my home and install new tile in its place. Mr. Morgan agreed to do the work for what I believed to be a fair price. After seeing the results of Mr. Morgan's labor in my home I have changed my opinion from thinking his price was fair to knowing it has truly been a bargain. Mr. Morgan met his commitment to me completely, conducted himself in a professional manner in my home and was extremely prompt in his schedual commitment. Mr. Morgan, unlike many contractors I have worked with in the past, kept his work area clean as he went along, was very respectful of my family and always maintained a cheeful and bright attitude. I have since recommended Mr. Morgan to one of my closest friends and would not hesitate to provide exellent references to anyone concerning my experience with Mr. Morgan, his work ethics and his quality. Gerald Bradberry To Whom it may concern, We had some ceramic tile installed by Charles Morgan d/b/a Immaculate Tile and Stone Inc. We want to recommend him to others. Many People have the skills to perform their choosen craft. This skill is essential. However, I learned from many years of experiences of clients in 35 year law practice that reliability and dependability is equaly important. Charles' work was not only "Immaculate" but he was always "on time " and we consider him reliable. Sincerely, John Poteet Nokomis, Fl.
