We recently had Rick Baken of Fresh Air Solutions clean our heating and cooling air ducts and dry vent. Excellent job and very knowledgeable.

We are very pleased with the quick response. We had a little bit of mold. Rick, the technician was very nice and explained why we probably got the mold and how he was going to get rid of the mold. Had Air Solutions come to clean my duct as my wife was getting out of Hospital from breathing issues. Rick the tech that came noted that we had mold in the dusts. He recommended that we have a chemical treatment and ducts brushed cleaned. Since my wife was due home the next day, he started the the process around 6 in the evening so that I would not have to take my wife out of house for 4 hours. When I got back into the house all the vents had been cleaned and everything looked good. Thank you for staying late to complete the job.

I contacted home advisor to locate a contractor to deal with my mold/ dirt issue in my air vent. Fresh Air Solutions contacted me the same day and we proceeded with the work..They identified my issue as mold and after explaining my options, the work was completed the same day. The contractor was very professional and I trusted him to complete the work while I vacated my property. I highly recommend them.

Thought we needed vent cleaning, discovered mold in one vent. Found the second a/c unit's vent ok, so they did not need cleaning. Work was explained clearly, estimate given, and cleaning and mold remediation completed. They will come back in one year to recheck--with guarantee. So glad we had this work done!

I was just expecting to have my venta cleaned (blown out). Unfortunately when opened I could see the mold in every vent. I have allergies and breathing problems so this was not good However they were able to get it all out, even in the a.c. unit. I WAS HAPPY.

Tech named Dillon showed up on time. Reviewed our heat/A.C. ducts and heating / a.c. unit. Pulled panel and some return duct grids and advised use that everything looked great for 10 years old system. He could clean what was there but really did not need it. We were impressed with his honest remarks and integrity. Note to manager/owner: employees like this are what grows a business and over time increases you bottom line and long term success. Will keep you card and call when needed.
