Description of Work: Replaced a jammed filter on my refrigerator and cleaned the coils. Chris showed-up pretty much as promised and did what I asked efficiently. I was pleased with his work and would probably use him again.

+ -1 moreChris Ball answered the phone when I initially called on Thursday regarding my G E dryer. The timer quit working. It was after 6 PM. He was unable to come until Saturday afternoon. However as it turned out, I had an extended warranty on my dryer with Home Depo that I later discovered. I contacted Chris Ball to cancel his Saturday appointment. He then offered some helpful trouble-shooting ideas. I found him to be helpful and willing to work around my work schedule.
Description of Work: He was able to give me advice over the phone that was very helpful. He was unable to come after hours but was willing to come on a Saturday due to my work schedule.

+ -1 moreHe replaced the motor and made adaptations when the dealer's new one did contain all of the parts the old one did. He is super. Very efficient and did a great job. I would not hesitate to call him for any appliance repair.
