We have dealt with Armor and Craig for over 20 years. They have always serviced us well and stood behing their work. This job was involved but was handled in a timely manner at a fair price.

There service has been excellent. They are very knowledgeable and honest.

It has been so very easy working with Armor Systems & Security. They are family owned and involved in all aspects of the business. We use both sides of their business - home security and systems automation with ease and confidence. If we have a question or concern, a response is prompt. One thing that really impresses us is the knowledge, respect and quality of their technicians. While working in our home they covered the floors in the work space and totally cleaned up with their own shop-vac when the job was finished. How often do we see that these days?! They are all very tech savvy and patient with those of us that are not. Best of all - no creepy guys in your home. We have had one security alarm breach in the middle of the night while we were away. The next day Yavonne was on the phone with us going over the details of the incident - no loss of property resulted as the system performed as intended. We highly recommend Armor Systems & Security.

The A/V system never worked properly. After months of frustration we went to significant expense to hire another AV/Security company to come in and resolve the problems. At that same time we turned over security monitoring to the new company. We should have gone after Armor at that point but at that point we just wanted our TV's to work. When we accepted their initial proposal (which was prior to Armor installing the systems) we signed a three year agreement for security monitoring. Armor monitored (we assume!) the system for one year. I didn't send in my payment for year two when the bill arrived. I did not renew because I couldn't afford to take the risk that our home and belongings would be secure because of the horrible experience we had with their A/V system. The fact we had turned over monitoring to another company several months prior to year two and they did not acknowledge it at that time really concerned me went even further to back up my concerns. I received a registered letter from the company that I owed them payment for years two and three. I sent them a letter explaining why I didn't review. They still are attempting to hold me to that agreement despite no services being provided for years two and three. I received a second registered letter today. We are not talking about huge dollars here either. We are not talking a huge amount of money. I have never done business with a company that would go to these lengths to try to hold a long term disgruntled customer to an agreement in which no services have been provided.
