Aqua Doc Pool Clinic

Back in June I started a commercial contract with Aqua Doc Pools taking their word that they knew how to handle a commercial pool. From the very beginning their service was a nightmare. My commercial pool has a consistent heavy load and upon signing a contract I informed Aqua Doc that inconsistencies in cleaning would extremely hinder my business. This discussion obviously meant nothing to them as my pool was consistently dirty. For many of my 3x a week cleanings, they would either not show up or show up a day or two late. For this first month of service, I actually had to have one of my maintenance guys clean the pool 3x a week in order to make up for their lack of service. In addition to poor service, emails that I sent to their receptionist would go unanswered for days. I even had an occurrence where no one got back to me for almost a week. Furthermore, their techs would miss logging their cleanings which caused me issues with the Health department. Finally, for the icing on the cake, I told them at the end of my first month into the service, June 29, that I wanted to cancel the contract due to all the issues in just the first 30 days. As a goodbye gift Aqua Doc pools went head and charged my credit card for the next month stating they needed 30 days’ notice to cancel the contract.
